In with the new!

Basement renovation: Powder room, venting for that, rec room sub floor, new flooring, trim work, stairs refurbished, barn door to replace bi-folds, heating ducts added, adjustable shelving under the stairs for better use of space.

Facelift to what once was a laundry room. The other half of the room had the carpet removed and replaced with vinyl click flooring. A couple coats of paint helped to freshen it all up.

Some finishing touches on a large renovation.

New retaining wall with a deep tread timber step to the driveway. Five point flagstone set on compacted base material and triple mix peppered between the cracks to allow for desired green ground cover.

Here we have what used to be a closed off separate entrance for tenants that no longer dwell in the basement. This home reno made for a much brighter space and a smile on my clients face.

Wide opening made smaller and double doors installed. On the adjacent wall, the double doors were removed and made into a single door.

Backyard landscaping

New deck, paved driveway, planter boxes and retaining wall to give this front yard a functionable facelift.
