I certainly see both sides of the coin. I believe development is great for this area as I love what has been done in this South Pandosy neighborhood. However, I certainly agree things like infrastructure and traffic studies should be looked at carefully. It is often more important to conduct these studies in areas that are being totally revitalized such as South Pandosy. What are your thoughts and views?

Even though research shows most people don’t believe the number 13 is unlucky, less than 5% of high-rise condo buildings in New York City have a 13th floor, according to a report in the Wall Street Journal. The floors instead jump from 12 to 14. Are there superstitions you believe in?
