HAPPY NEW YEAR !! Trust everyone has been enjoying their Holidays. I’ve enjoyed Christmas with Family and Friends, and my Wife and I are looking forward to the New Year. In the aftermath of the "Conservative Sweep" of Calgary and most of Alberta, I would like to congratulate Mr. Kmiec, the incumbent, on another election victory, and I trust that he will do his best to continue to represent the interests of the residents of his Riding of Calgary Shepard. I would like to thank all of those who did support the People's Party of Canada (#PPC) in this, our first Federal Election Campaign. Thank you to all the volunteers (you know who you are), ...especially my Campaign Manager. We received more votes than any other PPC Candidate within the City of Calgary, and for that the Team should be proud. Thank you to all of those who did cast your ballot for me, and whether it was based on the policies of the PPC Party, on your faith in me, or some combination of those, the votes received were appreciated. We now have a minority government in Ottawa, with challenges ahead, given the stark differences in voting patterns and attitudes between Central and Eastern Canada, the Prairies and BC.
