I just did this Wisdom Within session this evening and one of the stories I was told as a little girl was that I was too sensitive, that I cry too much, too emotional. That little girl grew up hiding those tears from people, she couldn’t let others see those tears. Tears showed weakness, vulnerability, and those are bad. This big girl has since learned that tears are healing and showing emotion actually shows strength and courage. To allow another person to see my emotion takes courage. Realizing that I came into this world an empath and that I am supposed to be a healer was a shift in consciousness for me. I am however, embracing it. I am allowing my healing ability to flow out of me and into others. It feels fabulous! Never think that showing emotions are wrong! #healing #healingjourney #healingenergy #empaths
