I am looking for some solid kitchen staff for La Boqueria. I need someone with Foodsafe Level 1 and some Prep Cook experience to help run out Pintxo Bar and Charcuterie station. There will be some other duties and mis en place. The ideal person is high energy, has knowledge or interest in Spanish cuisine, meats and cheeses and is highly organized.
