Happy New Years everyone just wanted to repost my policies again as a reminder and to make things clear No Shows/ Late Cancelations I need a minimum of 24 hours notice if you can’t make a appointment or a 50% fee may be applied to your next appointment please be respectful and let me know if you can’t make it! ( I understand emergencies happen but if you just forget etc it’s not fun for me to be sitting here waiting)... Showing up late I set aside time for you when you are late to your appointments it comes out of your time no one else’s also if your more than 15 minutes late I might not have time to complete the service and the appointment will be rescheduled. ( more lash time = fuller lashes ) Dirty lashes/ Make up When you show up to your appointments please have clean lashes, I have lash cleansers that I retail if you need something to clean your lashes with (plus they last longer) Children/ guest I ask that you don’t bring anyone to your appointments or children my insurance won’t cover anyone else but you and you need to keep your eyes closed during the service so there won’t be anyone to watch small kids which can be dangerous
