Having so much fun it's so hard to post! I'm back in Nemaska for the weekend with the whole @mikwchiyam family celebrating the amazing youth of the Cree Nation at the #mikwchiyam arts festival. My heart is so full, everywhere I look I see the coolest young people I've ever had the honour to know and make art with! The big show is tomorrow so for today we just had some fun remixing the festival shirts with stencils and spray paint. All the best to the @thecbp for the printing! A perfect job as usual.

La Presse du Chat Perdu is on residency! For the next 7 weeks the shop will be closed as i am in residency in Northern Quebec teaching printmaking to some very cool young people at Voyager Memorial School in Mistissini. An older video I made for some @mikwchiyam students in the Eeyou Istchee while I was in Japan this last fall at Mi-Lab, a residency for learning traditional Japanese woodcut printing. Thought I'd dust it off and share it with you all!

I've arrived at my new school here in the Tsilhqot'in Nation to start my residency with @nwejinanarts I'll be sharing my knowledge in printmaking for the next 5 weeks with all the youth of Tl'etinqox School. I am honoured that the community has trusted me with their youth and I'll do my best everyday to live up to that responsibility. So keep it locked and cranked for all the amazing art to come!
