La Renaissance Protocols to Address Covid-19 How your client experience will change: Your service provider will take your temperature and verbally confirm that you have no covid-19 symptoms and have not been in recent contact with anyone else with symptoms. ... You will be required to your wash hands and wear a mask upon entering At check-in, you will be asked to wait outside or in your car if your service provider is not ready and we will call / text you when they are. No purses or handbags are permitted, we ask that we only bring your phone and a form of payment. We will not be accepting cash for payments or tips. No one can accompany you during the time of your service; including children. You may wear flip-flops in if you are having a pedicure service; to avoid having to wait at our facility after your service We ask that you respect physical distancing with everyone except your service provider If you are feeling unwell in any way, we ask that you reschedule your appointment to a later date What you can expect from the team at La Renaissance: All staff will have their temperatures taken each day and will need to confirm that they have no covid-19 symptoms and have not been in recent contact with anyone else with symptoms. All of our service providers will be washing their hands on a regular basis, including before and after each service All staff will be wearing masks, safety glasses or shields and gloves We will disinfect beds, door handles and exposed surfaces during and after each service We will consult with the Health Unit on a weekly basis to ensure that we are following all changes and implemented requirements. Changes we’ve made to facilities and schedule: Reduced the number of service providers per shift to facilitate physical distancing Reduced services in areas/rooms where physical distancing is not possible Removed all magazines and beverages Reduced any available seating to ensure they are at least 6 feet apart Decluttered all spaces to avoid contamination Staggered breaks for staff; maximum of one staff member at a time in the break room Stopped draping beds in treatment rooms unless required for the service * As per Government guidelines, at this time we are not providing facial services.
