Hello everyone, hope your summer was fabulous. New Fall season starts October 1st. Some small changes to the schedule. Daytime yoga will be on Thursdays instead of Wednesdays, same time. This class will start Oct 03. Zumba on Thursdays same time and will begin Nov 7th and run for 6 weeks until Dec 12th. Looking forward to the new season, See you soon
