Just a reminder that there are no karate classes on Tuesday because of the blood donor clinic in the community centre. Go give blood instead.

Today’s karate class felt great! There was a really nice mix of ranks and there was an excellent energy in the dojo! (Thanks again for your kata modelling, brown belts.)

WTKO Canada Invitational Spring Seminar From the very beginning of WTKO Canada I have hosted our Invitational Seminar’s in the Spring, Summer, and Fall. My o...riginal intention, which remains to this day, was to simply expose my students, and WTKO Canada members to instructors of the highest caliber. Over the years I have hosted both WTKO from all over the World, and non-WTKO instructors to build relationships with no consideration for organizational boundaries. I am very proud that these seminars, as over the years have gone from a handful of my students to having people attend from across Canada. This year I am very proud that Sensei Stephen Collins from Ireland, and Sensei Ernst Brimsøe from Norway will be my invited guests. I consider both of these individuals not only my colleagues in the WTKO but close friends, that I highly respect.
