From all over this continent, Texas, Calgary, Rimbey, these wonderful people found the time to get together for Thanksgiving and get photo's together. Family photo's are so important to me and I absolutely love that I got to meet you all!

I absolutely adore this family and always look forward to spending time taking their photo's. Sharon radiates kindness and always knows what to say to make my day brighter. For any of my sewing friends, Sharon owns Prairie Love Knits and she is the creative brains behind all of the fabric my boys wear.

Getting these galleries off today, I can say how much I love spending time with these families but how excited I am to spend some with mine now! Thanks for everyone who came out to my mini's. It was so fun and fulfilling. Now I need to fill my cup so I can tackle the rest of the busyness that the fall brings to photography.

Good morning everyone! I am all caught up in editing for the first time in months. I have a few more Nov sessions + my first wedding left for this year! Which I am quite nervous about... But I appreciate every one of you who booked me this year. It's been the most challenging year of my life. I threw myself into photography to get through missing my mom so much. It is a positive outlet although when I over do it, other things suffer. I am trying to find a balance with photogr...aphy and being a mom, wife, sister, daughter and friend. With that being said, I am open for 2020 bookings! I have a beautiful indoor air bnb in Sylvan that I am going to be utilizing for indoor sessions! I seriously can't wait for that! It's stunning. I am 100% no longer doing mini sessions outside of my mini marathon days. I am sorry to those of you who can't make those dates but I will try to post them well in advance each time for you to change up your personal schedule! They will likely run a few times per year next year! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all of the patience, love and support you have all given me. I love my community and how quickly I grew my business through word of the mouths of all of you kind, beautiful souls out there. I pray 2020 brings me the ability to find balance with my passion/hobbie and my loved one's! xoxo Lacey (a few fav's of this session again!)

Mini's this past week were a dream and so much fun. Sneak of the first few! Even with the on and off snow and close to 0 degree weather. I love my "job". And I love my families!

A friendly reminder for this weekends minis! Since we aren’t adapted to cold yet, if you wear an extra thin layer under clothing, especially on kids it goes a l...ong way! Magic mittens still look cute in photos without taking away from outfits or bring warm jackets to throw on and quickly take off for the in betweens! Mini sessions are only 15 mins so should be quick enough to tolerate if prepared! Also please don’t be late for sessions! Unfortunately your sessions will just be shortened if you are late. I wanted to share a few before and after editing!

This beautiful family won the largest bid for the Brave Like Blake- Online Auction to Support the Bellavance Family paying well above retail value. <3 I have attached more information on Blake's story for anyone who is feeling generous to donate, ever penny counts! It was the perfect fall evening for photo's (even with a little extra wind). I had so much fun with this family and am absolutely in love with this sneak peak.
