If you’ve ever been let go from a job or gone through a painful breakup, you may have felt that the situation was happening to you. As time went on, however, yo...u may have come to believe that the Universe created the situation for you to open up new opportunities, new awarenesses, and new lessons for your spiritual growth. You see, when we change our perspective and view it through this lens, all of life’s challenges, even the tiniest of struggles, come with built-in blessings. The important lesson here is that when we perceive that life happens to us, we’re operating out of the energetic frequency of victim consciousness. And when we begin to live more intentionally and consciously, our vision expands and we witness the Universe unfolding with more purpose and grace. As your awareness of and appreciation for the perfection of universal law gradually expands, the greater the positive magnetism of your consciousness, and the more you attract into your life that which you desire. Making this shift in consciousness moving from victim to manifester positions you firmly in the flow of life, awakens you to the truth of your divinity, and moves you ever closer to realizing and expressing your highest potential. As we start living in this flow state it strengthens our resolve to live purposefully and reinforces our capacity to do, achieve, and become. By moving from life happens to me to life happens for me it’s like moving from swimming upstream to swimming with the current of life. Now you live in the exhilarating certainty that the beauty and goodness of the universe is flowing through you and you’re surprised and amazed at the ceaseless supply of gifts and blessings that come your way. Have you tried it? In which situations do you catch yourself being the victim and when do you see that you are the creator of it? It might be different in different areas of your life. Today I want to ask you to open your perception and awareness more fully to when you go into a victim state consciousness. Can you shift it? Can you change your point of view and see the blessing in the circumstance, conversation, person challenging you in this moment? Share with me in the comments how that went!

Energy from the heart is so strong it can be measured as far as twelve feet away from the body. Often, we need to put up a form of protection or a wall around the heart but you can’t build a wall of nothing. Oh how I love this!! I'll be the first to admit that I am not always in a high vibe. But I work on myself and my own triggers constantly. I can only hope that others around me do the same rather than take their triggers out on others. I am completely unapologetically ME.

Through all my experiences, I have learned that we get stuck at the ages of unresolved traumas. Biologically, we can be the age of our physical bodies and look like a mature adult, but mentally and emotionally we can be stuck at much younger ages. I am finding that this is a different way to look at inner child issues by looking at our emotional and or mental age at any given time. The reason for this is that if we are stuck at a much younger age, our comprehension of situati...ons would be limited, and our reactions rather than responses can also cause problems in that we inadvertently project our immature insecurities and in turn others react or respond to us accordingly. The wonderful thing about personal growth and being able to define our mental and emotional ages, is that we can use this a different angle of healing. As we align these mental and emotional ages, we can mature on all levels of our consciousness. With maturity comes the ever adaptable and most important survival skill of expecting the unexpected whether than means being prepared in the face of a disaster, or being open to the miracles of life. I am quite fortunate and thankful that my life has come to a point of being more open to the miracles of life. I have sent out Merry Christmas Greetings and sentiments out through my newsletter and through the weekly Sunday group follow up email. I have mailed out gifts to my clients from this past year and a few special friends too. So this is for anyone else that I have missed in sending out best wishes and blessings. Yes this has been a very different year in a very crappy sense with each and every one of us facing upheavals, upsets, and losses of various sorts. Despite all this, ...I look back over this past year and I can only be thankful for all the good things. Yes our world as we have known it has shifted in a big way. So much nastiness has surfaced and come up to heal. Yet inner strength is forged through adversity. This year has been a time of reflection and of healing the past. I have seen this so much in all my clients, and in my Sunday group sessions. Healing the past paves the way for rebirth into a whole new level of Heaven on Earth. Years ago, I had always said "I am a tuffy, I ain't no sap and I don't cry". Ya whatever... The more I have opened my heart to the good things in life, the more I have had the most wonderful people come into my life as well. These days I am surrounded by the most wonderful people. Friends, clients, all of my practitioner circles, and business networking connections... Just everyone. The messages and feedback I have received from clients has really gotten me choked up in happy tears many times. Maybe more so this past year because I have connected with so many more people this year! I can honestly say I am truly blessed!!! To each and every one of you out there seeing this: Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! I wish you the very best of blessings, and intentions to continue creating our best lives and creating Heaven on Earth, Peace and Good will to all!!! Great Big Virtual Warm and Fuzzy LADYBUG HUGS!!!

So this happened a couple hours ago. I had a little project that involved a hammer and nails. Yup, missed the nail and I stupidly had my thumb in the way. I don't even remember the last time I did something like this and it f.ing hurts!! I realized I use my thumb for the space bar a lot. Ouch. Being human first, I have been whimpering and whining for a while with the stinging pain going up my arm. Then my head finally kicks in and realizes I can fix me myself. Duh. Cort horm...ones are the pain hormones. I checked on me and yup, all were low flow. I corrected all the anger, resentment, feeling stupid, and feeling powerless to stop the pain, among other trapped energies and emotions. Then I focused on the thumb itself and released a whole bunch more. The pain has now subsided sufficiently that I can at least touch my thumb without whimpering in pain. And I can touch the space bar too. Sure I could have popped some pills for the pain, but why use chemical inhibitors when I have a much more effective and lasting method that will allow my body to heal itself much quicker. Lessons learned and now back to work! See more
