So much of our lives is run by money and can be the cause of much worry. But when I think about the things that bring me the most joy in life a lot of them have nothing to do with money. My family is so important to me. For those of you who don't know me my family is largely mixed. I have a wonderful Dad, half siblings, full siblings, step siblings, step kids, nieces, nephews and many aunt and uncles. All of them mean the world to me. Some of the best memories I have of my ...mother were sitting across from her outside in the backyard and just talking about all the things we loved. Those memories I will cherish forever. Let's build rich lives even if we have no money in the bank.

Just a few tiny home ideas. It’s going to take a lot of planning an customizing to make it the way we want, but I am always searching for new ideas to make use of every nook of our tiny home. This is my dream home It won’t look exactly like this. We have redesigned it many times over to fit our needs (kids, pets, etc). But our adventure into building our very one tiny home begins this year. After watching How to live mortgage free on Netflix last year I fell in love with Tiny Homes and the idea that my home could move with me if I ever relocated. I don’t know about you, but I am guilty of this. I do not always look for the positive in every situation and let the negative drag me down. The last weeks have been the hardest I have ever had to go through, and I did not see a positive in sight. Though I still do not see the bright side of losing my best friend, I know she is always watching over me even when I cannot see her. She would not have wanted me to give up on my dreams, so I am back as Lady Lightfoot and will be... actively working my business that can give me the freedom to be there more for my family. My posts may be sparce for a bit while I deal with the unexpected death of my best friend and mother. She was an amazing person. The one who always inspired me and made me want to do better. She was always proud of me, no matter what I did and was always there when I needed her. My heart is broken and gluing back the pieces will take time. Learning how to go on without her is impossible to think about, but I must do it. Leaning on my family now for support as we all try to find our way out of darkness and back into the light.

Sometimes we just need to save ourselves and be the person we want to look up to. It took me a long time to be confident and happy with exactly who I am, flaws and all. By accepting my flaws and acknowledging my fears I am able to better myself. Stepping outside my comfort zone is never easy, I don’t know many people who love jumping into the unknown. ...
