The deposit is NON REFUNDABLE. We require a Min $100 on smaller pieces and deposit varies on larger based on size and design. Rescheduling and cancellations can and will result in a loss of your deposit. We understand life happens and if something legitimate happens we just ask you let us know and your deposit will be held for ONE RESCHEDULE ONLY! Second reschedule will result in your deposit going to the artist for their time. A 50% deposit at that point will be required to ...re book providing the artist wishes to re book at that time. When you book an appointment you are making a commitment and the artist is putting aside their time for you. Please have respect for the fact this is their livelihood/paycheck. It is your responsibility to show up, take the day off , have the money to pay for the appointment ect. Please do not schedule an appointment or consultation if you are not 100% committed. See more

APRIL 03 2021 COVID LOCKDOWN #3- YES unfortunately we are going into lockdown as of Saturday and again are being forced to CLOSE. Whenever we are able to resume operations it will be done the same as before and someone will contact you to reschedule then. We will post updates on here when we have them so please keep watching on here for updates. We are not at the studio and will not be answering msgs or have access to email. Take care and stay safe

TATTOOS AND COVID VACCINES- as people are starting to get covid vaccines there have been questions regarding safety getting tattooed and also receiving the covid vaccine. Both have an affect on your immune system so there should be some time between both in order for your body to react and or heal properly. The current recommendation is leave least 2 weeks prior and 2 weeks after. So in other words wait at least 2 weeks after vaccination to get a tattoo and do not get a vaccination until at least 2 weeks after a tattoo. The combination has been shown to cause severe reactions to the tattoo site and healing issues. Please keep this mind if you are thinking of getting a tattoo. Health and safety first!

RE OPENING UPDATE- WE ARE STILL CLOSED at the moment but tentatively planning on returning to business beginning of March. We ask that you please DO NOT MESSAGE us at this time as this only slows down the process. We will be overwhelmed contacting everyone to reschedule. This is a difficult and slow moving process but we will try to get in touch with everyone to reschedule asap. We ask that you please be patient. We have had several msgs that have been rude and demanding and ...this will not be tolerated and will not get you in faster. Please keep in mind your deposit is non refundable and you will not be welcome back if you feel the need to behave in an abusive manner. When you are contacted to rebook, make sure 100% you can make your appointment. If you need to reschedule you will be moved to the back of the reschedule list which could mean a couple more months wait time. WE WILL NOT be able to do any touch up appointments until we are caught up with all reschedules. -When you come to your appointment please come on time and come alone. - Please wear a mask and disinfect your phone and hands when entering. No exceptions sorry. -minimize items brought to your appointment. We would also like to remind everyone we are cash only and we will no longer offer etransfers. Once again do not msg us about your appointment. We will get to you as soon as possible. We thank you for your patience once again and look forward to seeing you all soon.

COVID/RE OPENING UPDATE- at current we are still awaiting further info on re opening and covid safety measures before we will move forward. We also require time to aquire supplies and ppe to do our job safely. This has been an incredible challenge over the past year as demand has increased due to covid, materials/supply shortages and backorders or items not being produced due to closures worldwide. Once again, we will be contacting everyone who had appointments booked to reschedule. We still have clients who have been waiting since the first lockdown so please be patient. We will get to each and everyone of you. We will post and update on re opening when we have that info for you on this page.

2ND COVID LOCKDOWN INFO-Yes...we are closed due to the lockdown till at least Feb 16th. We will keep everyone posted as we know further info on when we can re open. Like last time we will be contacting everyone at that time to reschedule any appointments that will be affected by this. We will contact you in the order you were booked. When this happens it will take some time so please be patent and we ask that you do not msg asking when you can re book. We will get to you.
