I've had about 5 panic attacks since the start of this quarantine and have been completely unmotivated as of late. On Thursday I received my sample art print and things lit up again. I needed a reminder to find light in the little things. I'm sharing this because it's #MentalHealthWeek this week and at this moment, it might help someone out there.
