Passholders are welcome at Myra's class: TONIFIK PILATES - Wednesdays 6:30pm to 7:30pm A fun and solid intermediate level class to sculpt the waistline, hips, thighs and bum with a continuous flow for a gentle cardio workout. Balance is challenged in a range of position to gain healthy mobility and strength in all joints and overall body. Integrated "Core Connection" exercises are the foundation for this specialized class.... Pre-Requisite: Note: Intermediate level class Prior experience in Pilates is not mandatory but would be ideal to get the full benefit of the class. Yoga experience is welcome.
