Here it is, finally arrived today! It has been difficult to acquire this stuff in recent months but it's here now. Going to dilute this stuff and do seed soaks with it to ensure no pathogens or bacteria growth. To ensure safety and quality above and beyond provincial standards for selling produce, this was the missing piece before going in to commercial production of the best possible quality microgreens we can produce. Been growing trial runs without the soak but wanted to e...nsure a quality seed soak for commercial production microgreens, and now we are ready to start commercial production this week! Hello there! We are a new upcoming microgreens farming project in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario. We service fresh microgreens year round locally with options for home and contact free delivery. We hope to build individual personal relationships with our clients in order to find favorite varieties and grow them with enough lead time to be harvested and delivered to our valued clients in the same day.... These are the current varieties of microgreens available at Lake Garden Farms -- Italian Sprouting Broccoli Golden Acre Cabbage Dwarf Blue Curled Scotch Kale Ruby Queen Beets Arugula Brassica Blend Oriental Wasabi Mustard Triton Radish Black Oilseed Sunflower Studies have shown that microgreens have up to 40 times more vital nutrients than the mature plant, and in some cases they have 4-6 times more nutritional value concentrated in them than the leaves of the mature plant.
