We are happy to announce that the Lakehouse will be welcoming our clients back on June 8th! We are taking every precaution to ensure the safety and satisfaction of all our valued friends and clients. Here are the changes you can expect when coming to your appointment: Clients must wear a mask. If you forget yours, we have a limited number of disposable masks available for purchase. ... We unfortunately can not offer walk-in appointments at this time. Give us a call! When you arrive, you will be required to sanitize your hands or use our washroom to wash your hands before your appointment. We are limiting the amount of clients in the space and will have our waiting area closed. Please wait in your car or at our outdoor seating. Your service provider will text you or come get you at your appointment time. Unfortunately, guests of the Lakehouse cannot bring children or friends to their appointment. Caregivers with loved ones are an exception. If you need a product, please ask your service provider. We will be happy to help you. If it is outside your appointment time, contact us and we will arrange a time for contactless payment and pickup. NOTE: massage therapy and certain esthetics services are not available at this time due to provincial restrictions. The Lakehouse team is so excited to see you all again and we appreciate every effort to flatten the curve and embrace the new normal!
