UPDATE! Hi Everyone, With the new restrictions now in place masks will be mandatory in all indoor spaces including gyms. We will now ask that you all wear a mask while working out.... Unfortunately, We will have to cancel all our Strength and Conditioning class as well as our Spin classes until further notice. Personal Training is still allowed, memberships are still allowed but we need to enforce an old rule but making it new. You will now have to book a 1 HOUR gym time slot before entering the gym. We have a 15 person max in our facility and we will turn members away if you have not booked in! TEXT ONLY 778-931-1092 or you can CALL 778-516-5169 to book!
