You need a better goal. What can you do today? So you have a big goal that you haven't been able to accomplish.... If your goal is to climb a mountain but you don’t even own hiking boots, start there. Should you keep restarting your goal or should we take a step back and recalibrate the goal? Step back. We need to start with a goal that is tangible and can be accomplished. Goals needs to be specific enough that you can say without a doubt it has been accomplished. Look at your largest goal and determine what proceeds it, what proceeds that, back to something that can be done today. Create momentum by checking off daily achievements that will domino toward your biggest goal.
