Here's some good news from an outstanding Canadian. I interviewed the wonderful Hayley Wickenheiser back in Feb. In this sit-down interview, we cover so much ground. The road to winning 4 Olympic Gold Medals, how she thinks, how she deals with loss, and her experience as a medical student and so much more. She was inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame, Awarded the Order of Canda 7 World Gold Championships... Sports Illustrated named her "Top 25 Toughest Athletes in the World" She created CONQUER COVID-19 and Hollywood Actor Ryan Reynolds has contributed immensely. She is truly one of the most humble human beings I know. E37: How Childhood Affects Your Self Identity? After I released the Disgusting Patient Episode (E#31), several people have asked me how does our childhood influence our self-identity and our adult behaviours? In this episode, I'll look at influences, motivations and questions on reformatting our past experiences and helping others do the same. I'm confident this will be very interesting and informative. The stories are quite interesting, one from when I was a teenager and an...other from my clinical practice. https://www.youtube.com/watch

As a physician, I'm always careful not to bring home germs, but now I have a whole new protocol given that the Coronavirus/COVID-19 might try to befriend me. S...o, this episode will teach how to mitigate the risk of bringing germs into your home, especially if you work in a medical setting. We don't want to make our family members sick. For example: Shoes are a terrible source of germs, and I know that in some homes, people keep their shoes on and walk right into their bedroom. To all the beautiful people who are helping to keep the supply chains open, and to the wonderful people keeping our community and workplaces clean. We see more than ever who and what really matters. Health is wealth. We all are frontline workers in what we do. Stay well, safe and healthy.

It’s essential to be safe now more than ever when buying groceries. It can be intimidating to even go to the store. I’m not the best shopper, but now I have to ...be and this episode shows you how. I recommend watching the video too, but audio works as well. This episode was created to make the process simple, easy and minimize the risk of bringing the Coronavirus, and other pathogens, into your home. Whoever thought grocery shopping would be cumbersome, but it’s good to have a sterile way to bring your food and household products safely into your home. Keep you and your family safe. You are what you eat, and you don’t want to be eating a contagion that will weaken you. A special thanks to Sandra Laviviere-Penney for suggesting I do this and to Chris Robinson, who helped me create the process. With so much misinformation, it’s important to do this right.
