I was craving something sweet all weekend and didn’t want to break my regime soooo I improvised and made a Mini cinnamon loaf made with all these ingredient with a dash of baking powder. Topped with a protein icing made from Greek yogurt. #LamininFitness

Attention Friends!!! Im putting a feeler out here to see how many would be interested in joining a New Years wellness challenge together? I’m considering a 12 week challenge put together with workouts and/or meal planning. There will be a membership fee for the full 12 weeks paid up front, prices will vary between 3 plans of required meal/workout plans. (Home or gym plans) I will be here in to answer questions and tweak plans at any time by email, text etc. You will have ...a private group of inspiration with other team memebers involved. Weekly check in with a weigh in, also monthly measurements. There will be days of down time to ensure your mental health is maintaining a healthy level with yoga/meditation. This will be a complete overall wellness overhaul. The winner will not only get recognized as top competitor but will receive half the pot of membership cash pot from competitors. NOW ...
