Lanark County Outdoors

Bass season opened last weekend in Lanark County. Due to the late spring and low water temperatures bass have spawned late this year. Please avoid fishing in areas where bass may still be nesting. The article below talks about the effects of fishing bass while they are still nesting.

Lots of rain yesterday and not much sap...regardless created some wonderful maple syrup from the previous run...

Sap is running in Lanark ...been boiling the last two days and getting some great maple syrup...stay tuned for some fun videos in the next few days....
