Autism Ontario is partnering with Codezilla to offer an exciting coding workshop for children ages 8-17. Children will learn to code an interactive video game using Scratch, a kid-friendly programming language created by MIT ('LEGO meets Powerpoint'). Everyone will learn elements of game structure, characters, graphics and sound all while flexing their creativity to make the game uniquely theirs! Codezilla instructors will be there to support and ensure effective learning eac...h step of the way. All games are non-violent and appeal to all genders!
