More pop-up COVID-19 testing next week in Carleton Place and Perth! The Carleton Place pop-up is happening on Thursday, October 22 from 9am to noon at the Carle...ton Place Aquatic Centre and in Perth on Friday, October 23 from 9am to noon at the Conlon Farm Recreation Complex. Testing is booked online and by appointment only. Testing is drive-thru, so please stay in your car at all times. In spite of all the worldly turmoil, there are many reasons to be thankful. One of these is that we have the Lanark Highlands Food Pantry to help take care of people in our community who are experiencing great food insecurity. Please, if you know people who are food insecure, promote the services of the Lanark Food Pantry. The Food Pantry is located on the side entrance of St. Paul’s United Church (far right side of the building) 115 Clarence St. Lanark. Hours are: Tuesday 1:00 - 4:00 and Thursday 10:00 - 1:00. They have also added a Wednesday evening opening of 7:00 - 9:00. Phone 613-259-3285.

Great NEWS!!! The Lanark Renfrew Lung Health team is working on something BIG. As such we will no longer be posting weekly exercise videos. Don't worry though you can revisit all previously posted videos whenever you want. There are easily 3-4 months of exercise videos (if done 2-3x/week) Thanks so much for your support and Keep Moving.
