SO HAPPY My client really wanted to live in this Westgate Townhome complex....and it appears so does everyone currently living there...there are barely any sales in this condo complex ( which is a testament to how it’s operated!) Knowing this, I hand delivered flyers to all openers asking them to contact us or their chosen realtor if they were thinking of selling. Alas, nothing came of that. And then...a new listing! We jumped on it right away and luckily did not have to ...compete to get it (phew!). We removed the buyers final condition today and I’m over the moon for my client!
