Meet Jordyn! We became aware of Jordyn’s story in mid August and recently had the absolute privilege of spending the afternoon with this lovely and spunky litt...le Queen. In late July, Jordyn was diagnosed with DIPG, an aggressive and inoperable brain tumour located in the brain stem. There is currently no cure available and the heartbreaking statistics say that only 10% of children with DIPG survive for 2 years following their diagnosis, most passing within 9 months of their diagnosis. We contacted the lovely Shiri from Focus Studios Photography + Design Inc. and The Glasshouse Studios to share Jordyn’s story, and she generously donated her time, studio and staff in order to capture Jordyn as the most beautiful and powerful queen that she is. We also surprised Jordyn with a special visit from The Snow Sisters who completed Jordyn’s transformation by doing her makeup, hair and nails! Huge thanks to our lovely client who lent us this beautiful Queen Anna gown for the shoot. As you can imagine, with many events being cancelled this has put a large financial stress on our employees. We are a family and taking care of each member is of utmost importance. We are doing our best to find imaginative ways to continue to bring joy and happiness to our wonderful clients and staff, SO we have collectively created PRINCESS PLAYDATE! Our princesses will be hosting their very first LIVE Princess Playdate THIS Wednesday, March 18th 2020 at Princess Beauty's castle from 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm. You and your families will have the luxury of tuning in for a full hour of princess games, performances, story time, lessons in crafting, hand washing and sharing with Princess Beauty and her friends, The Snow Sisters, Rapunzel and Cinderella! In order for us to BRING the magic to you, we are kindly asking for a small fee of $20 plus HST ($22.60) per family!
