White Rock History // With its stunning beaches and blissful climate, White Rock was a paradise waiting to be discovered. In 1909, the Great Northern Railway and Canada Customs began operations in a new settlement, which would lead to the birth of a new community. Years later, businesses such as Campbell River Lumber Company emerged, and the iconic White Rock pier was construction. On April 15th 1957, White Rock officially became a city.

At the end of the day whether you are cooking dinner or enjoying a glass of wine... this is the place to be.

Monday's and espresso go hand and hand. Today along with-it being Monday, it is also National Espresso Day, not that we need a reason to indulge in a little caffeinated treat! There are so many amazing coffee shops in White Rock and South Surrey to choose from like EVERBEAN and Islands Café. Which cafe is your favourite in White Rock or South Surrey?

Recently some homeowners had the opportunity to wear hard hats and boots and walk up to see the view from a select floor. This is what Fred and Andrea had to say about their visit to Foster Martin. "We really enjoyed being on-site and viewing some of the units. Once arriving at the southwest corner unit on the 6th floor, we were absolutely amazed by the view! It couldn't have been better and reassures us that we will have that same amazing view from our condo. We were proba...bly one of the first people to purchase a suite at Foster Martin as we were very taken with the look of the buildings, the layout of the unit, location and of course the prospect of waking up every morning to that beautiful ocean view. We were treated very well right from the beginning and always received prompt answers to our many questions. We do stop in at the Presentation Centre from time to time, sometimes with yet another question and sometimes just to show friends or family members what the towers and suite will look like when completed. Cindy has always made us feel welcome! We feel like we are in the "home stretch" now, in the last year of construction.......a very exciting time for us and really looking forward to moving in!"
