Do not be alarmed if you received a phone call this morning. Mrs. Simser sent out a message to all parents: Currently, the Near North District School Board is ...working to accommodate learners who would like to switch from at-home learning to in-school learning and vice versa. The board is finalizing their information and schools are planning for implementation. We will be communicating with our affected families as soon as we receive the finalized information. We are also currently working through the distribution of devices for remote learners and will contact you as soon as your device is ready for pick up. Thank you for your patience through this process. Lastly, if you are experiencing any symptoms on the COVID School Self-Assessment, please refer to the North Bay Parry Sound District Health Unit website for more information. This is the site we use as well, and monitor it regularly for updates. Thank you again for your understanding and have a great day.

We know that many parents have questions concerning access to student belongings now that we know students will not be returning this year. The health and safet...y of our students remain a priority, and it is essential that any process for access to belongings follows the Ministry of Education closure order and adheres to the advice and guidance of appropriate health authorities.
