Therefore we are following current guidelines requesting individuals presenting influenza symptoms such as sneezing, coughing or runny noses to self quarantine . We take pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. In response to the Coronavirus, we have taken additional measures developed by local public health authorities to make our protocols more rigorous. We continue to address food and beverage service in accordance with food safety recommendations. As always, if you wish to reschedule a party booking we are more than willing to accommodate those changes. We believe in challenging times like these, it is the power of hospitality needed most of all. We are at your service.

We continue to remain closed and are not taking future bookings at this time. This decision does not come lightly, but due to the nature of our business, we feel it is the responsible choice for our family, our staff, and our community. We look forward to serving you in the future!

Theatre Orangeville is such a vital part of our community. For decades they have brought us great youth programs and incredible production value. While they may not be able to host us in their House, they are coming to ours! The show is best suited for 12+. So grab your tickets, some popcorn, and a good spot on the couch for tonight’s opening of Phantoms of the Opera House!

Like many local non-essential business, we are currently closed and missing our community! We have decided that we will continue to remain closed for the summer. Our plan is to follow the provinces’ lead and hopefully reopen with schools in September. We are not currently offering any virtual Princess zoom chats or parties and do not not plan to start at this time. There has been some interest in these services, and while we regret that we are unable to help make birthdays special, the health of our staff and their families is our priority. With so much uncertainty surrounding when we will be able to reopen, we are not taking any bookings for the future at this time. We thank the Orangeville community for their 16 years of support and look forward to being with you again when it is safe to do so.

We are missing all of our friends at the Palace and looking forward to when we can be together again.

After carefully monitoring the Covid-19 situation and considering our responsibilities to our guests and employees, The Land of the Glass Slipper has made the difficult decision to suspend parties effective March 16th, until April 14th. As the virus continues to spread in communities across Canada, and with Canada ‘s Chief Public Health Officer raising the public risk to Seriouswe are seeing the need for bold action to reduce the transmission. Thank you for your understanding.
