This was a major reno we did last year. We scraped and redid all the ceilings in the whole house, replaced all the doors and trim, replaced the oak handrail with a dark stained walnut one with beautiful metal spindles provided by Canadian Oakworks Ltd., we installed new hand scraped maple hardwood floors, tiled the front entrance, kitchen, mudroom and 3 baths. All tiles and hardwood flooring were provided by GR Flooring . Superior Cabinets supplied and installed all cabinetry in the house. Tubello Stoneworks Ltd took care of the Granite. Everything came together exquisitely on this one. Electrical done by Sudimel Electric ltd and plumbing supplied and installed by Litzenberger Plumbing & Heating Inc.

Loved this bathroom renovation we did this summer. One of my personal favs. Vanity was built and installed by Original Wood Master.

Major deck reno!!! This was our largest summer project this year. We worked with Brennan at Windsor Plywood Regina for the majority of materials. This thing has so many features I probably wont be able to remember them all. This deck is sitting on 8 new 12" piles, the hot tub is on top of a structural slab with 6 more piles in it. The decking used was Timbertech "Espresso" and "Ashwood" colours. The railing is a custom 6 foot tall Regal railing in the "Yard Bronze" colour wit...h rain glass on the sides for privacy. It also has LED strip lighting running through the top and bottom rails to give a sweet effect in the evenings and night time dips in the tub. The louvered roof over the hot tub was done by Suncoast Enclosures . It opens and closes with the touch of a button to allow however much sun you like through. The bbq area has a beautiful built in bbq from Sunset Bay Hot Tub & Patio, whom also supplied the swim spa. The bbq island and faux columns are faced with Walnut Mountain Ledge stacked stone. The counter tops were done by Tubello Stoneworks. The color is Caledonia in a leathered finish. We also did the matching shed to help with storage. Sudimel Electric ltd took care of all the wiring and lighting. Gas hookup for BBQ was done by Litzenberger Plumbing & Heating Inc. See more
