With this in mind LandSolutions and BRITT Land & Engagement have entered into a friendly challenge. Currently, the University of Alberta is offering the course Indigenous Canada for free! From an Indigenous perspective, this course explores key issues facing Indigenous Peoples today from a historical and critical perspective... highlighting national and local Indigenous-settler relations. The challenge between our two companies is to encourage our teams to complete the course, the more who complete it the better. Both our companies are committed to supporting the advancement of Reconciliation for Indigenous People in Canada and recognize the importance of learning the history of Canadian Indigenous Peoples. We are thankful to U of A for offering this course and to the instructors/presenters who made it possible. Tip #4 - Hand Sanitizer & Grilling. Summer is here and most people have already dusted off their BBQ’s for grilling season! With all the hand sanitizer being used due to COVID-19, using the BBQ can be dangerous. Hand sanitizer is comprised of 60-80% alcohol which makes it highly flammable.
