Due to the current COVID-19 situation, Lang Optometry & Eyewear is not presently seeing any patients. If our patients need contact lenses, please let us know and we will make every effort to have those ordered and delivered, in many cases deliveries free of charge, directly to your home by the manufacturer. We will check our messages periodically 902-453-6100. We are looking forward to resume normal hours when it is safe to do so. We know it is a difficult time for all...and we look forward to go back to work but right now, it is not possible. Medical help can be directed to emergency facilities, your medical doctor etc

Stéphane Tétreault and I started to dream up this concert in October 2013.... Finally, it is happening on January 18th, 2020 and for this unique event, Lang Optometry & Eyewear is the proud presenter within Cecilia Concerts . A rare cello duo concert featuring artist-in-residence Stéphane Tétreault and Halifax-born Denise Djokic. Tickets are already limited so get yours soon! A great gift idea for Christmas perhaps?!!

Our patients should note that starting now and until March 29th, Lang Optometry will provide urgent care only. Urgent care include experiencing a sudden change in vision or injury to one or both eyes. We will have much reduced hours of operation and please leave a message on our voice mail (902-453-6100) or write us an email at [email protected] We will access those daily and do our best to respond in a timely fashion. You will have to contact us before you are admitted inside the clinic. This change from our usual protocol is aimed at reducing community spread and supporting government order for social distancing. Stay healthy, we know these are difficult times for everybody.

I'm really looking forward to this upcoming Symphony Nova Scotia concert with Kerson Leong as soloist. I was fortunate to present him to Halifax last year within Cecilia Concerts.
