Members, Starting Wednesday April 1st we are reducing Wawota C Store hours to Mon-Fri 7am-7pm and Sat-Sun 10am-5pm.
Langbank Coop statement concerning Covid-19 Members, We are committed to keeping the stores open. We have temporarily returned the grocery specials to the Wawota C Store to help keep the community supplied. Prices on all essential items will remain stable throughout this challenging time. We are doing everything possible to keep store shelves stocked. Additional sanitation precautions are being taken at all locations. We are following the Governments suggestion not to have sp...ecial accommodation for seniors and immune compromised customers. There is no way to fully mitigate the risk to them. We suggest they stay home at this time and get a friend or relative to deliver the necessities. We also ask those that should be undergoing quarantine to have a relative or friend do their shopping. We need to keep employees healthy to continue operations. See more

We may have received erroneous information on the cigarette tax hike. It may be much less that thought. I will update as soon as I know more.
Update on Federal Budget! It seems as of April 1st cigarettes and tobacco products will be taking a very large increase. This works out to over $3.00/per pack and it appears that Chew will be going up over $7.00 per tin. Manufacturers are also adding a price increase. Please shop accordingly before its too late. https://www.canada.ca//adjusted-rates-excise-duty-tobacco-
Update on Carbon tax. Farmers will be exempt for gas and diesel purchases at cardlock.
It seems that carbon tax (aka Federal Fuel Charge) is upon us as of April 1st. We have been told that the tax is 4.42 cents on gas and 5.37 cents per litre on diesel. Farmers will be exempt providing they fill out and have this form https://www.canada.ca///forms-publications/forms/l402.html delivered to us by April 1st 2019. You can copy and paste this into your address bar. Also of note farm cardlock purchases will not be exempt from the tax.... Unfortunately there is no backdating or retroactive measures to be taken if you don't have the form to us. As well as no refunds on paid tax. We will also be sending a copy of this form out in the monthly statements. Please ensure its immediate return to us. I will post any further updates I receive.
Fuel Good Day is coming up September 18th. We will be donating to STARS air ambulance again this year.
