Today, we popped by the Fort Langley Village Farmers Market with a small budget for the week, and will be making meals with these goodies to go along with some pantry staples! So Langley Eats Local was big this year, and we were very happy to showcase Early Bird Family Farm in this is wonderful video! Knowing your local farmers in the year of COVID-19 is very important, as food security is at an all time high, and we need to keep our dollars in our towns! Get to know farmer Barb and Jess, and see the lovely flowers and animals that make this farm so special.
