Awkward corners are not easy to get a handle on. We've got some creative ideas on how to make that space useful instead. We all have it. That one corner in our home that's just a little different from the rest. And we're willing to bet that space isn't getting too much action at the moment. After all, what do with such an awkward corner? Fortunately, though, it doesn't have to stay that way. https://bit.ly/2KpMPZ6

This ordinary-appearing bathroom was harboring a terrible secret, so a renovation was urgent and 100 percent necessary. And if the finishes just happened to get (majorly) upgraded in the process? So be it. https://bit.ly/2MZOAcs

With all the stories on the outdoor lifestyle (emphasis on style) this time of year, perhaps you've noticed a hot new trend: fire columns. These outdoor heat- and atmosphere- providers are generally propane powered, and their tall, slim profile sets them apart from fire bowls and pits. https://bit.ly/2N2tk62

Industrial decor started off as a strong and serious sort of interior design, where chic and shoddy brushed shoulders to equal something edgy. However, as industrial home decor evolves, we're seeing different styles, themes and influences being fused with the aesthetic. Four industrial style interiors featured in this collection each bring a very different flavour to the industrial table. https://bit.ly/2N1auMl

It's natural that our homes reflect our personal style, we pour a lot of ourselves into decorating them. For most of us, though, there's a difference between how we dress our home and how we dress ourselves. But that's not true for everyone (as you'll see below). https://bit.ly/2N1axrv

I've said it before, and I'll say it again: Buy a leather sofa for your living room, and you're well on your way to man cave status, whether you like it or not. Which is totally fine, honestly, there are plenty of reasons why leather is greater than things like performance velvet or cotton in terms of durability and clean-ability, even if aesthetically it might pale in comparison. But I've noticed a shift lately on Instagram away from the ubiquitous blue velvet couch (guilty!) and into the wide world of buttery caramels and 70s-style tan sofas. https://bit.ly/2MZ3cJi
