EE DRAW 142 3,294 Express Entry candidates in the Canadian Experience Class program will receive invitations to apply for Canadian permanent residence in the 142nd Express Entry draw on April 9th, 2020. The minimum CRS cut-off score for this draw was 464, but only Canadian Experience Class candidates will be invited. ++++++++++++++++ Also, according to CIC news, Canadian immigration processing fees increase April 30. The new regulations come into effect on April 30, at 9 a.m. EDT. Completed applications received before this time will be processed in accordance with the current fee schedule.
