Hey people. Even though we have our home closed down for visitors. We have internet if any family want to facetime their loved one here, or they can call for a chat with them. also we have satellite and everyone has their own TV and we have loads of entertainment. Loads of Food and all is still running very smoothly here.

What a wonderful New Years Day we had. Residents, family, friends and stragglers. House was full, we had Beef Wellington, Turkey Wellington, Ham, potatoes,carrots, fiddleheads, stuffing, pickles of every kind. baked cheesecake, chilled cheesecake. What a day.

Lansdowne Special Care Home has a care giving position available. Must have criminal record check, vulnerable sector check and be able to pass an SD check. Up to date CPR. Home support worker course or above. Must provide 3 references that is not family. Wages are 14 dollars an hour. For information please contact Loraine at 375-4229
