What we know is that about 80 per cent of new back pain episodes do recover and are better within a matter of weeks. The only thing that has been consistently found to have any effect is exercise. A good, thorough exercise program does help to prevent low back pain. https://globalnews.ca///treating-lower-back-pain-exercise/

Attention Everyone who lives in the Cambie Community Centre area in Richmond: the following is a warning to all residents living in the area, to be on the looko...ut for the man depicted in the pictures that I have posted. He is a man about 165-170 cm (5ft 4- 5ft 6), with tan skin, possibly any where from the universe that has broken into my home once already (taking only some cash and a few minor items). However, he is a constant offender This is already the 4th time that he has tried to break into my house. The most recent incident was August 28th, 2017. I have notified local authorities and the RCMP. Make sure all your doors are locked when leaving your homes, and the alarms are on. Everyone please share this to anyone living in Richmond, especially around the Cambie, No.5, and Jacombs area. If there is anyone with information regarding this person, or have seen someone matching this description doing suspicious activities; do not approach him, and please contact Richmond RCMP immediately! A few myths about physio debunked. Did you know you DONT need a referral to see a physio? That many employee health insurance plans cover it? And if you are lo...w income sometimes MSP will subsidize it? It can also help people recover after injury and/or avoid surgery. And, its a great therapy for ongoing body maintenance to help you move for life! https://smanewstoday.com///7-myths-about-physical-therapy/ See more
