With the recent state of our beautiful planet and the Covid-19 changes, we have slipped a little on recognizing and congratulating some of our outstanding employees. First let us take the time to say a big, big thank you to Brad Ham. Brad joined our management team this year and has stepped up big time. ... He's always available and ready to assist in all areas of our business and does it all with a smile. Thanks Brad, we appreciate you :) Next we'd like to recognize the efforts of the 2 employees that go above & beyond on a regular basis and received the award in May. Vern Pridge & Phillip Ramsay Both are fairly new to the company and have been a breath of fresh air as far as work ethic and attitude go. Thank you both for all your efforts :) Last but most definitely not least, congratulations and thanks to our employees of the month for June 2020. Yves Landry & Rob Yull I'm sure to most Yves needs no introduction as he's been a member of the Lansons family since it's inception and before :) He truly is a wonderful human and does whatever is required to keep things moving along & all with a smile. Rob Yull is a valuable member of our insulation squad. Thank you for all that you do. It's nice to know we have someone as steady and reliable as Rob on the team, we appreciate all your hard work :) Thank you all & congratulations :)

Over the past 5 years, we at Lanson’s Drywall, have lost three valuable employees to cancer. This has affected us all greatly, so we decided we wanted to help some local Nanaimo families who have also been affected by cancer. On Friday, December 6th, Lanson’s hosted their annual staff Christmas Party where we held a raffle in which the prize was for a trip for two to Las Vegas. All proceeds from this raffle would get split evenly amongst two predetermined families. We are super happy, and even more proud to report, that in a few short hours we managed to raise $3840.00. A HUGE thank you to all our generous staff members & guests who purchased tickets! Congratulations to the winner of the Trip for Two to Las Vegas, Lanson’s Taper/Finisher, Stephany Wodzinski!

Huge shout out to Andrew and his staff at Trend Diesel on 5th Street in Nanaimo. Had our spray foam rig diesel generator die halfway through a 3 day job. These guys, air freighted a water pump in overnight, had staff stay late to disassemble and had our rig ready the very next day. All without an appointment!!... You guys really exemplify customer service and we appreciate it so much. Kudos to you and your staff and thank you again See more
