Happy Tuesday! Repost @keepitlocalvictoria I told my husband I would make him dinner 4 days ago when I bought @lapastavic at @victoriapublicmarket but this is how it’s going. Thankfully I didn’t have to make homemade pasta myself, @lapastavic did that for me. I’ve just got to chuck it into boiling water which leaves me all the time in the world to eat pistachios and drink the wine. ... I’m actually trying to copy a dish I had @littlejumbobc which was a pappardelle pasta with pears, pistachios, and topped with manchego. So here’s hoping mine turns out as good as theirs
