Letter of the day is "W", word of the day is "water". So we made it a water-themed day. Slip-and-slide, water balloons, magic potion, and an under-water craft!

On Tuesday we checked out the Ajax Park Program. Yesterday was a splashpad field trip. Today we're making edible slime. A fun first week of summer vacation!

Good morning! Just to let everyone know, I will have a full-time spot opening up September 4th for any age. I am located at Harwood and Rossland in Ajax. I can take a child anywhere from 3 to 5 days a week. Early drop-offs are welcome. Alternating days are also welcome. It's an educational, fun and safe home daycare! I have CPR and 1st Aid training and a police check. I have lots of experience with children, through the daycare as well as through being a Guider with Sparks. M...y program includes doing lots of crafts, reading, singing, outdoor and indoor play, learning letters and numbers and learning about the world around us, trips to the Early Years, library and other fun places, and nature walks. Positive discipline is used, which involves warmth and structure, explanation, distraction, and praise for good behavior. We also focus on self-regulation and problem-solving skills.
