UPDATE: Peterborough County OPP confirm a person has died following a house fire earlier this evening in Stewart Hall. Emergency crews were called to the scene ...around 6:00 p.m. Emergency were called to a home on Crystal Springs Drive in Otonabee-South Monaghan Township. The home was fully engulfed upon officers arrival. Two people inside the home were able to escape. The body of another person was found inside the home. The Office of the Fire Marshal was contacted and will be attending to investigate. Police say the cause of the fire remains under investigation and updates will be made when more information becomes available.
