Ontario will enter a 4 week province wide shutdown beginning this Saturday April 3rd. Unfortunately we will not be able to re-open LaSalle Fitness Women’s Only next week as anticipated. Complimentary fitness classes will continue to be offered live on our Facebook page @lasallefitness. We will continue to monitor the situation and hopefully be able to re-open following this lockdown. We have some exciting news to share with you. The wait is over. LaSalle Fitness - Women’s Only Fitness Centre will be opening next Tuesday April 6th. Ladies, you can now get your workout on right here in our weight room or in one of our group or aqua fitness classes. Space is limited. As Windsor is in phase red of the Covid-19 re-opoening framework you must call to pre-book your workouts including your attendance to group fitness or aqua classes. We will begin taking calls ...for workout bookings beginning this Sunday April 4th at 10 am. Complete Details as follows: How to book your workout at Lasalle Fitness Women’s Only: 1) Call and pre-book your workout session in advance beginning this Sunday April 4th by calling us at 519-969-9113. 2) Phones will be answered for bookings Sunday and Monday between the hours of 10 am - 4 pm 3) Time slots are for 1 hour and 15 minute durations 4) Each call can book 2 workouts 5) Group Fitness & Aqua Classes must be pre-booked as well. Our class schedule will be posted later this week. Our hours for your reference will be: Monday - Friday: 6 am - 10 pm Weekends 7 am to 5 pm We look forward to seeing you next week and welcoming you back as we enter this new Chapter as a Women’s Only Facility.
