Laser Line Painting 28.05.2021

I've been told many times in my life that, "Good things come to those who wait." But I like this version better. This year, the next, in the distant future, will you wait for good things to come to you? ... Or will you make this year, 2021, the year to hustle? Inventors, editors, authors, what ever your position may be. Thomas Edison was smart. But there were other men that were probably smarter. Only because he worked harder than any of those other men and it obviously paid off. You may be in a position where you don't really believe that you could be good at something. You can sit and wait for an opportunity to come to you. But what me and Abraham Lincoln here are trying to tell you, is that if you sit around, not much is going to happen. But if you act now, hustle and work hard. You will find great things. #LinePainting #LineStriping #LineMarking #ParkingLotStriping #ParkingLot #PavementMarking #RoadMarking #StripeLife #PrinceGeorgeBC #Quesnel #Vanderhoof #Chetwynd #FortStJohn #DawsonCreek #FortNelson

You don't need lasers to do line painting. However, we only use equipment that has lasers on our machines. Why? It's not because we're called "Laser Line Painting" (although that helps):... Lasers generate straighter lines - rather than relying on imprecise eyes or chalk lines, Lasers always shoot straight and guide our machines We can perform your painting quicker, especially at night We use these on new asphalt projects to guarantee our lines come out straight, even and parallel - every time Call, DM, or Email to book! #LinePainting #LineStriping #LineMarking #ParkingLotStriping #ParkingLot #PavementMarking #RoadMarking #StripeLife #PrinceGeorgeBC #Quesnel #Vanderhoof #Chetwynd #FortStJohn #DawsonCreek #FortNelson

Does your company suffer from fallensign syndrome? The question is... will you need a FlexPost? ... Or will you just need a bigger sign? The answer is up to you, but as a certified FlexPost provider we'd definitely recommend it. #FlexPost #LinePainting #LineStriping #LineMarking #ParkingLotStriping #ParkingLot #PavementMarking #RoadMarking #StripeLife #PrinceGeorgeBC #Quesnel #Vanderhoof #Chetwynd #FortStJohn #DawsonCreek #FortNelson

Hey! We like coffee! (but there's no surprise there) Some days we all need a little pick me up. Coffee is a no-brainer when it comes to starting off my day. It's not every day where you can find some good quality coffee. If you're in a rush, don't worry, they got you, drive through it open! If coffee isn't quite your thing, then shame on you. ... Just kidding! I just have to mention that they have many options for teas as well! If you're in Fort St John or passing through, why not take a spin by Canadian Grind! Repost! "Prince George residents are invited to pitch in with REAPS (Recycling & Environmental Action Planning Society) and their friends and neighbors to give the city a good, old-fashioned, post-winter tidying during the Annual Spring Clean Up, which is on Sunday, April 25! Let’s face it, in Prince George, the melting of a season’s worth of snow and ice (while eagerly welcomed each spring) can reveal a season’s worth of refuse and debris, which is why the Spring Clean Up h...as become an annual local event." As a local business, we represent part of Prince George. Asphalt maintenance has quite a few steps to it. One of the first steps we take before anything is making sure our surfaces are clear of debris and obstacles. We believe a clean road or parking lot can tell a lot about the community or business. We at Laser Line Painting make sure we do our part in keeping our locations clean and presentable. If you want to help out on the annual spring cleaning of our city on April 25th, you can use the link in our bio to register yourself or your company to help. Or, take the time out of your day to clean up the trash gathered in your neighborhood. Pick up that coffee cup that's been sitting there on the corner of the street since Monday. Anything you do to help clean up is really appreciated. Thank you! #PrinceGeorge #LinePainting #LineStriping #LineMarking #ParkingLotStriping #ParkingLot #PavementMarking #RoadMarking #StripeLife #PrinceGeorgeBC #Quesnel #Vanderhoof #Chetwynd #FortStJohn #DawsonCreek #FortNelson #CleanTheCity #REAPS #WeCare #CleanUp

It's still a couple of months away before paint season here in Central BC, but I can't keep waiting. ' . 2021 is shaping up to be a big year for Laser Line Painting, and we need at least one more addition to the team for field work. Above anything else, we want someone who is hungry to learn, grow, and likes a challenge. Ideally, you'll have striped parking lots before, but hands on training will be given to the right person.... Laser is focused on the process, driven by our values, and looking to rock 2021 - and beyond. Get in touch with me, I'd love to chat. #princegeorgebc #PrinceGeorge #hiring #LinePainting #LineStriping See more

I can't be the only person who gets that twinge of doubt when you click "submit" on a website contact form. We did everything we were asked: Faithfully enter all the boxes with the * asterisk,... Volunteer our private information, Make sure they have our phone, email, fax, and morse code coordinates... After confirming we are not a Robot/Cyborg by clicking a box, or by confirming we know what a street light looks like, or by correctly orientating a hippopotamus... We click "submit." A message tells us someone will be in contact with us soon. Victory! Then, we wait. And wait some more. Hmm... How long is this supposed to take? Sometimes, the wait never actually ends. It feels like we were invited to a party, but when we knock on the front door with the bowl of fruit punch... No one answers. WHAT WAS ALL OF THIS FOR?!? If you have a website contact form on YOUR website, make sure it is active, working correctly and being responded to by a REAL HUMAN. I checked the stats for Laser Line Painting's survey form (which we launched this summer), and I am proud to let you know our human response time is, on average, 19 minutes. (Record was 3 minutes!) Even if it is just to let someone know we will phone them next week... Respond to these right away! See more

Striping a parking lot in "phases" is no small endeavor! Making 100 parking stalls parallel and uniform can have its challenges at times... but imagine having to have it line up perfectly with 6 other parking lots. That is exactly what it feels like when you have a large parking area, but can only do it in sections as a time. This store stayed open during an entire re-surfacing of the parking lot, with small sections being paved and striped in two week portions. This ad...ds a very unique challenge - keeping permanent paint markings aligned over the course of a 3 month project. This project made investing in cutting edge equipment from Graco a life saver. Utilizing their systems, such as Auto-Layout and alignment lasers, made it all come together into the final product. @gracopaintsprayers @graco_contractor_club #LinePainting #LineStriping #LineMarking #ParkingLotStriping #ParkingLot #PavementMarking

I was pretty happy to flip the script on Lewis Vandervalk, the host of the The Blue Crocus Experience podcast, and interview HIM on the show! We chat: Where he got his start as an entrepreneur, Why he always gives value first, How his SEO and Lead Generation company, Blue Crocus Solutions, is expanding and it's future plans.... Super curious - On a scale of 1-10, how is your business accounting doing? Read on and comment below... Raise your hand if this sounds familiar. When you start a business, you can usually "wing it" financially to start. ... Take shortcuts on your books... Start piling up receipts in different strategic locations in your house and truck... (My personal favorite) Tell yourself that two weeks before tax deadline that "I still have lots of time"... (Anxiety just typing that ) I know, because I have done all of those things when I started. Some of them for a long time. When you start, you can get away with it. When things start growing, it catches up to you in a hurry. Fact is, running a business is hard. Especially at the start. One of the trickiest parts can be your financial accounting and planning. The books and finances did not come easy to me. Even now, I have to really grind to get the concepts and processes down right. I am always learning and trying to make things more efficient. The picture in this post is the company and person I owe my business financial sanity to - AmandaBeret Gerber at Forge Accounting and Management. She was on my side on day one. Actually, BEFORE day one. I have worked with her for years both in my business and as co-workers before I started this crazy ride. She is next-level intelligent, incredibly efficient and is someone I have come to depend on to help guide my business... and she has never failed once. She has constantly over-delivered. I would be in a incredibly more stressful headspace if I didn't have Forge on my side from the beginning. If you are struggling with the dreaded "books", tax filing and planning, incorporating questions, business plan consulting, ANYTHING... Get in touch with Forge. I appreciate everything you guys do for us, @forgeaccounting ! So, drop a comment below - how is your business accounting doing from 1-10? See more

How far are you willing to go to complete your goals or help a client? As it often goes in any industry, sometimes there are curveballs thrown into your project, an assumption is made incorrectly on a detail, or worse yet, there is an oversight made on our part. On this project, it happened to be all 3. ... This picture is the primary part of a line painting project we recently completed, a new Canadian Tire store. We also provided all the road markings and small highway improvements on the access road into this new building. Although we had "most" of the drawings and specs for this job, we did not have the most recent. Had we requested these before travelling the 500 kilometres to this project, we could have seen that there was a lot more white paint markings in the spec, both on the building and the road - we were quite a bit short. We were on a tight schedule already, and there are no paint stores in Fort St. John that stock traffic paint. After making many calls, we found an incredible contractor in another city who not only had paint, but generously offered to send it with his guys who just happened to be coming our way THAT DAY and who had JUST ENOUGH paint to make it work. Awesome! Problem solved, right? Wrong. Some of the paint given to us was actually spoiled - it looks like it had froze, and we could not use it. Despite our best hope of having enough, we were STILL short on white paint. If only we had brought the right amount the first time. Our general contractor on this project was also on a very tight schedule, and was very uncomfortable waiting the 2-3 weeks until we came back to this area. And so, the decision was made to travel another 200 kilometres farther to Grande Prairie, Alberta - on a Sunday - to secure the last bit of paint we needed. We came back that night after a long trip and finished the entire project overnight Sunday, returning home right after, concluding an incredibly long day! As we all know, it is so tempting when things aren't going our way for any reason, to just throw our hands up and say "it isn't working" or "it wasn't meant to be". On a personal level and a business level, I have to fight thro

Catch Basin repair? Check. Crack filling? Yep. Sealed asphalt? Black as the night. Fresh paint? Cherry on top. ... By performing a complete maintenance project on this strata parking lot - instead of a complete resurfacing - Laser delivered a successful project that was 1/5th the total cost of a complete repave. This client will now be able to have a like-new parking lot for many more years, prolonging the life of the pavement, and avoiding a major capital expenditure. Is your asphalt company giving you all the options and information you need to make the best decisions? Laser does.
