Excited to announce that we are moving into a commercial space! 500 square feet of lash heaven! More dates and details to follow. There’s a long list of items to complete with the City of Whitehorse, Environmental Health Inspections, Permits, Reno’s, and so much more! ... Also want to thank my amazing Whitehorse clients for supporting me! Without you, this couldn’t happen and I’m so excited to bring in a new lash studio and lash training facility! Level Up!

LATE ARRIVALS Being late for an appointment or a date can seem like a small thing that really doesn’t matter but it communicates volumes, whether we mean it or not. Being kept waiting is an experience that almost no one enjoys, because at best, it wastes their time, and at worst, it indicates a lack of respect. As if saying that our time is more important than their time, so we don’t need to honour them by showing up when we said we would. ... Life happens, things come up and sometimes the best of us run late. (Hello Mom Life! ) However, it would mean a lot to us lash artists if you would call and let us know. At the end of the day, we lash artists WANT to give you the full allotted time in order have you leave with a full set of lashes. We don’t enjoy feeling rushed or having you leave with less than what you are paying for. Let’s start this off on the right foot from the get go. Client Reminder: Should you arrive early, send me a message and the odds are I can begin the appointment early. Unless discussed before hand, 10 minutes late is an automatic cancellation. Thanks to the many clients who show up early and on time. It truly means so much to us as Lash Artists.

Ok let’s talk POLICIES for a minute. When it comes to running your own business, at some point we cross that bridge of implementing fair client and lash artist expectations. LATENESS: One cannot expect to produce an amazing full set of lashes should a client not arrive on time. Especially for the initial appointment with said lash artist. Approx 10-15 minutes is spent completing a Client Consent Form, Covid Waiver form and a mini consult. Then the allotted time to apply a f...lawless lash set. Good things cannot be rushed and that’s not fair to ask us to do so. CANCELLATIONS: For some of us, this is a FULL TIME gig. When you don’t show up or cancel with less than adequate time, we don’t make money. Our livelihoods depend on you showing up, so we cannot hold space for you while others are able and wanting to get in for services. TOO MANY LATE CANCELLATIONS: We get it, life happens. Things come up - never planned. There is a certain amount of flexibility and compromise but blatant disrespect and abuse of such kindness can only go so far. After a few too many, it is within our right to request FULL prepayment before we will book you again. Please don’t make us feel like the bad guy here. DEPOSITS: This shouldn’t even be an issue especially when it comes to NEW clients. Some lash artists charge 50% of the service cost while others charge a smaller deposit. Some artists even charge a deposit on all fill appointments as well. If you don’t show up or cancel last minute, I regret to inform you, you’ve lost your deposit. None negotiable. RUDENESS/CUSSING: Treating your lash artist with disrespect or abuse automatically puts you on the Naughty List and will guarantee you will never be booked again. End of story. At the end of the day, we WANT to lash you. We LOVE this business and choose to make this a profession. We WANT to make you extra beautiful and confident. We hold space and time for you so please take your lash artists time seriously. Lash Artists: if you don’t have operating policies, I highly recommend upping your professional game & implementing proper client expectations.
