To all of my lovely clients _ Just wanted to give everyone an update. _ As the State of Emergency for our province has yet to be lifted, a reopening date for businesses in the beauty industry have yet to be determined. I have been educating myself on as much information as I can, so I can be as prepared as possible to reopen when the time comes. ... _ You may notice several changes once you return, in attempts to keep everyone safe and to minimize pathogen transmission, yet there are no mandatory changes set in stone as of yet by Public Health. _ As a Registered Dental Hygienist, I have a deep knowledge of disease process/transmission and hold my disinfecting practices to a very high standard for every single client. As a Registered Dental Hygienist, I am required by law to update specific qualifications on an annual basis and completing continual education per year. The Asepsis techniques I practice at the dental office daily, I continue to practice and uphold with my lash business. Some might think dental and beauty don’t coincide, but there are a lot of similarities in both industries when it comes maintaining safety of clients by reducing exposure. _ I want all of my clients to feel assured that I will continue to abide by the Public Heath regulations and continue provide proper sanitization. _ If anyone has any questions, please feel free to contact me.
