I weighed my heaviest 396.8 lbs when I went to the doctor to ask to have all the tests to make sure I was healthy enough to work out I joined @weightwatchers thanks to a family friend who approached my mum and offered to pay for my meeting fees ( Thank you Win .S my grans friend) I found out I was type 2 #diabetic in 2007 Bottom row: 2020 I’ve never given up my #journey has been long and there have been #plateaus but I never went up like that again I learned to eat less and move more. I didn’t stick with weight watchers but continued to use their rules. My motivation now is to get healthy enough to have a baby with my husband #familyiseverything I never realized how far I’ve made it in the last 14 years it really is a marathon not a sprint #fitnation @isparchealthyliving @isparcfitnation who would think that I would be the teacher of physical education for grades 2-7 I’ve lost 32% of my body weight and now am 127 lbs lighter but more than that my indicators are my bloodwork I can’t wait to see those numbers Second picture is my hunky husband I can’t wait to start a family with #newlyweds #newlywedlife #newlywedsthefirstyear #wontwemakethecutestbaby
