Update 2021 Policies Cancellation policy ... If there is a cancellation of your appointment within the same day of the appointment you must pay 100% of what the service you’re booked in for is worth. This payment is required before you can book again. If the cancellation is between 24-48 hours of your appointment the fee will be 50% of the appointment cost. Late client policy All my appointments are booked time accordingly, if you are more than 15 min late you will be rescheduled and you must pay 50% of your appointment cost. No show policy If you do not show up to your appointment without letting me know you will owe 100% of your appointment cost and will not be allowed to rebook until that is paid. If you no show more than three times I will require payment up front to hold your spot. All these policies are put into place because my time is valuable and this is not a hobby for me, it is my sole source of income and provides for my family.
