Please be advised we will be following the mandatory restrictions placed by the Government of Alberta and City of Red Deer:... Maximum of 6 people per table individuals must be from the same household or the 2 close contacts for a person living alone. Tables/dining parties must be 2 metres apart. Contact information must be collected from one person of the dining party or the individual if they are dining alone. Face coverings; with the exception of Persons consuming food or drink or while at a table, bar or other designated area before or after eating at a Public Place that offers food or beverage services. Due to limited seating to remain socially distanced, we highly recommend reservations. We have kept our seating arrangements the same since we re-opened in June 2020, so are operating at less than 50% capacity. Here are some answers to a few frequently asked questions: - Our hours of operation are Wednesday to Sunday from 12pm-9pm and we are located in Red Deer, Alberta, Canada Menu is located on www.laspalmeras.ca - Each pouch is made to order, they are not prepackaged, which is a reason we do highly recommend pre-ordering so we can make sure they are ready for you at pick up. They take up to 5 minutes eac...h to get ready. Please call 403-346-8877 to place your order. - Yes, they can be delivered. Just like our regular take out, we charge $5 per delivery and can be delivered in City of Red Deer only. Reminder that it is our own staff completing these deliveries, so it is upon availability. -Yes, you can freeze the pouches to have for another time! - The pouches are not biodegradable but can be reused for your own purposes. Another heartfelt thank you for all your continued support as we navigate the new restrictions announced yesterday. We will continue to have dine-in service until 9pm, Saturday December 12. With the restrictions in place effective November 13, please know that we have, and will continue, to serve you as we have since reopening our doors for dine-in, in June. We have been following AHS guidelines and are still operating at 1/2 capacity to allow social distancing and we still have limited seating up to 6 people per table. The hours will continue to be 12-9pm Wednesday-Sunday. Please know we also offer take out service on all our menu items as we always have. Words cannot express how thankful we are to everyone who has continued to support our local business. We are thinking of all the businesses that have had to close and hope we can all do our part so the restrictions are lifted on the 28th.
